56. Symposium on catalysis in Prague
The symposium will take place on 10–11 November 2025 at the J. Heyrovsky Institute of Physical Chemistry in Prague.
The symposium traditionally covers all topics related to homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis. The programme currently consists of seven invited lectures. These represent interesting areas of contemporary catalysis, and this year the invitations have been accepted by Enrico Catizzone (University of Calabria, Italy), Jan Streuff (Uppsala University, Sweden), and Dirk De Vos (cMACS, Leuven, Belgium).
The other four keynote lectures are dedicated to scientific groups or departments in the Czech and Slovak Republics that specialise in catalysis. This year, Miroslav Almáši (Pavol Jozef Šafárik University, Košice, Slovakia), Filip Bureš (University of Pardubice, Czech Republic), Aleš Stýskalík (Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic) and Jan Veselý (Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic) will present their results.
