Registration will be possible until the 6th of May 2025. Early bird registration will be possible until the 3rd of March 2025.

Registration fee includes conference site access and materials, daily coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome reception, and the conference dinner.

Cancellation before 6th of May 2025 – 10 % handling fee will be deducted
Cancellation from 6th of May 2025 to 1st of June - 50% refund
Cancellation after 1st of June - no refund
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email to the conference organizers and will not be effective until a written acknowledgment is received.
