Meeting venue and accommodation

The meeting will be held in Vila Lanna, a cosy conference center of the Czech Academy of Sciences, located in Prague. Accommodation in 27 rooms is possible directly in the Villa with 30 percent discount for conference participants.

Please, book your accommodation directly with the villa at recepce@vila-lanna.cz. The whole capacity has been reserved for us for the duration of the conference, when booking state that you are attending the IMAMPC 2022 meeting. If you wish to stay longer, arrange this directly with the reception.

Other options

If we exceed the lodging capacity (certainly we will) there are a number of hotels, B&Bs, and apartments within walking distance from the meeting venue.

Most of the lodging options in the close vicinity are small apartments that can be booked via booking.com or airbnb.com. Apart from it, there are few bigger hotels:

Art Hotel Praha, approx. 15 minutes walk
Hotel DAP, approx. 15 minutes walk
Hotel International, approx. 20 minutes walk

From Airport:
From Václav Havel international airport, Prague, take bus number 119 direction „Nádraží Veleslavín“and get down at the last stop. Transfer to the metro line A (green line) entrance to the metro station is located at the bus stop. Take the metro towards „Depo Hostivar“ and get down at the station „Hradcanská“ and follow the instructions mentioned above.

From central train station
There are two options from Prague central train station (Praha hlavní nádraží), option 1: walk for around 3 minutes towards the tram stop and take tram number 26, direction „Divoká Šárka“ and get down at „Hradcanská“. Option 2: From the central train station take metro line C (Red line) toward „Háje“ and get down at „Muzeum“ and tranfer to metro line A (green line). Take line A metro toward “Nemocnice Motol” and get down at the station „Hradcanská“. Then follow the instructions mentioned above.
