Registration fee

The registration fee (contribution to meals) is 200 EUR per person. The registration fee is the same for regular participants, students and accompanying persons. Upon paying this contribution, the participants will have access to the conference venue, conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks, poster session refreshments and the conference dinner. The accommodation has to be paid separately, directly to the accommodation provider (see section Venue and Lodging).

Payment instructions

If you require a pro-forma invoice prior to your payment, indicate so in the registration form. The final invoice will be provided to participants at the conference.

Reimbursement and support

MultiChem participants who will receive an official invitation through e-COST will be supported by the action. The travel expenses will be reimbursed and a flat-rate daily allowance will be provided to these participants. The eligible travel costs are specified in the COST Annotated rules. The daily allowance will be calculated such that it will cover the participants' costs towards the accomnodation and meals.
Note that the invitation/acceptance via eCOST and the registration via this webpage are two separate things, please do both.
