Meeting venue and accommodationThe meeting will be held in Villa Lanna, a cosy conference center of the Czech Academy of Sciences, located in Prague. Accommodation in 27 rooms is possible direcly in the Villa. Please, book your accommodation directly with the villa at recepce@vila-lanna.cz. The whole capacity has been reserved for us for the duration of the conference, thus when booking, state that you are attending the MultiChem conference. If you wish to stay longer, arrange this directly with the reception. Other optionsIf we exceed the capacity of the Villa (almost certainly we will), there are number of hotels, B&Bs and apartments in the walking distance from the meeting venue. Please, book yourself.
Most of the lodging options in the close vicinity are small apartments that can be booked via booking.com or airbnb.com. Apart from it, there are few bigger hotels: LocationVilla Lanna is in the walking distance from the Prague metro line A, station Hradcanska. Address: V Sadech 1, Prague, GPS:N 50.102447, E 14.4070776. Arriving from the airportPublic transport: You can buy tickets in the arrival hall in a red booth, or in the mobile app PID Litacka (official app of the Prague transportation company). For a single journey to Hradcanska you will need a ticket for 30 czech crowns, which is valid 30 minutes from the stamping (stamp when entering the bus). Take the bus number 119 to its terminus station Nadrazi Veleslavin (some 15 minutes) and change to the metro A. Station Hradcanska is the 3rd stop in the direction towards the city center. Taxi: Taxi will cost around 500 czech crowns. Uber is OK, it may be cheaper. Arriving from the train stationPublic transport: You can buy tickets in the arrival hall in yellow vending machines. There are several options of getting to Hradcanska, the easiest is to take a direct tram number 26 (15 minutes). The tram stop is outside of the train station building, some three minutes walk in the right direction across a park.
