Conference fee:
The total fee to be paid consists of the conference and accommodation fees, determined after the abstract acceptance and confirmation of the availability of the selected accommodation.

Full participants:

380 EUR until April 25, 2025 (early payment)
|
420 EUR until May 31, 2025 (regular payment)
|
Students and accompanying persons:
|
300 EUR until April 25, 2025 (early payment)
|
340 EUR until May 31, 2025 (regular payment)

The fees above (VAT included) cover all organizing costs, the transport from/to Prague, all breakfasts, lunches, and dinners between the arrival to and departure from the venue, welcome cocktail, the closing banquet, and refreshments during the coffee breaks.

Accomodation fee:
Single room - 65 EUR/night/person (260 EUR for the whole duration)

Shared in a double room - 40 EUR/night/person (160 EUR for the whole duration)

Accommodation is provided as a single occupancy or shared occupancy in double rooms. We recommend early registration since we might not be able toaccommodateall requests indicated as "preferential" in the registration formdue to limited capacity.

The conference and accommodation fees are to be paid only after confirming the availability of the selected accommodation. Invoices will be sent individually, upon acceptance of the application.

individually after receiving the registration form.
