PhD student for Theoretical Chemistry
Applications are invited for a Ph.D. position in theoretical chemistry at the J. Heyrovský Institute in Prague, a constituent part of the Czech Academy of Sciences. The proposed research is directed by the Head of the Department of Theoretical Chemistry, associate professor Jiří Pittner.
The successful candidate will work in the field of machine learning applied to nonadiabatic molecular dynamics.
The envisaged job starting date is 1. 10. 2022.
Requirements
- University degree in chemistry (completed by the date of entry), knowledge of Unix, LaTeX, programming
- Experience with molecular dynamics and machine learning
