Abstract:
Development of new type of nanomaterials based on molecular sieves for their catalytic application in the synthesis of flavour substances. The synthesis of new catalysts containing Sn as active species will be developed for Baeyer-Villiger oxidation of cyclic ketones to respective lactones. Synthesis of these catalysts will be optimized for highly selective preparation of lactones of interest from their ketones (cyklopentanone, cyklohexanone, jasmin ketone, makroclic C14 a C18 ketones).
