Abstract:
Development of advanced centimeter, millimeter and submillimeter wave technologies with aim to work up methods of the high resolution molecular spectroscopy of atmospherically as well as astrophysical important molecular species. The proposed research isfocused to hyperfine nuclear spin phenomena as well as to the detailed research of millimeter and submilimeterwave information technologies and stratospheric comunication channels. Experimental and theoretical program will profit on the first handfrom the connection of two basic approaches to study molecular media: microscopic (quantum-mechanical, physical-chemistry) and macroscopic (electromagnetic) and, on the other hand, from a cooperation of international communities.
