The possibilities of using enzyme biomimetic catalysts in biodegradation of new environmental pollutants

The project aims are electrochemical and kinetic investigation of multinuclear copper(II) complexes for oxidative biodegradation of novel environmental pollutants and incorporation of these laccase biomimetic catalysts into suitable polymers for future development of bioremediation systems applicable in water treatment.
