Involved bodies
Steering Committee
The steering committee oversees the preparation and fulfilment of action plans, approves all important documents and makes strategic decisions.
It consists of the Director and the top management of the Institute — including the Vice-Director for Economy, the Vice-Director for Science (Chair of the Institute’s Board), the Vice-Director for Education, the Chair of the Trade Union, the Head of the Personnel and Payroll Office and the Head of the Director’s Office.
Monitoring Group
The Monitoring Group (MG) serves as a platform in the area of Human Resources Strategy for Research (HRS4R), where all important topics and documents are discussed. Its members also provide feedback to the Steering Committee.
The current 24-member team is responsible for monitoring the timely implementation of the planned actions. Researchers across all R1–R4 career stages represent every scientific department of the Institute. Their main role is to communicate key goals and actions within their departments and to gather feedback from their colleagues.
The MG also includes specialists in PR, HR, process and project management, mentoring, intellectual property rights and other administrative areas. Together, they form a versatile team with broad expertise. All outputs, draft materials and strategic documents are consulted, reviewed and regularly updated in cooperation with these specialists.
The MG meets quarterly to discuss submitted materials, assess completed goals, identify potential risks and set priorities for the next period.
