The European Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) can be regarded as a set of good practice recommendations. Each institution carries out its own GAP analysis to identify areas of challenges or opportunities for improvement. Based on this assessment, it then prepares an action plan with concrete steps and measures to address these issues.
The priorities set out in the Action plans could not be implemented without the financial contribution or these projects:
European Commission: CROSS - Career Management Services for European Talents (2025 - 2028)
Norway Grants: Prevention of gender-based violence in work environment of Czech public research institutions and universities (2022-2024)
