The HR Excellence in Research Award has been a strong driver of positive change at HIPC. It has sharpened our internal processes, enhanced support for researchers, and strengthened our position within the European Research Area.

- We introduced and expanded a wide range of training opportunities for both research and administrative staff - covering project management, communication skills, leadership management, and grant writing.
- We launched and strengthened mentoring and supervision systems specifically for PhD students and early-career researchers.
- We introduced Personal Career Development Plans to provide systematic support for professional growth and career development.
